*SUNDAY, JUNE 1st, 2014
– Act 1 dancers arrive at 8:30 am in full hair, make-up and costumes. Act ll dancers arrive at 12 noon. Every dancer is to wear hair in a high bun. No Jewelry or valuables should be brought to the theatre.
-All dancers must be signed in and out through the Minnmax theatre.
-Please make sure your child has the correct shoes and tights for each number!
Act I Rehearsal- 9:00 am-11:30 am
-11:30 am -12:30 pm LUNCH BREAK
Act II Rehearsal- 12:30 pm-3:00 pm
-3:00 pm-5:00 pm DINNER BREAK- all dancers must leave the theatre. No exceptions.
-Dancers arrive at 5:00 pm in full hair, make-up and costumes. Please enter through the main entrance. No dancers will be admitted through the stage door. Every dancer is to wear hair in a high bun. No Jewelry or valuables should be brought to the theatre. Parents will not be allowed backstage, with the exception of parent volunteers.
6:00 pm – SHOW TIME!
Students who only perform in Act I (the first 1/2 of the show) and wish to leave early, can ONLY be signed out at Intermission, not while the performance is going on. Students not picked up at intermission can be signed out at the end of the performance. Any child who is signed out at intermission and wishes to watch the second half of the show, must have a ticket.
Students will not be permitted to enter the lobby during intermission, and audience members will not be allowed backstage to ensure the safety of all the students.

Theatre Reminders
-EVERYONE, including babes in arms, must have a ticket in order to enter the theatre.
-The show will begin at 6:00 pm, please arrive by 5:30 pm if you need to pick up your tickets at the box office.
-Tickets are very limited for the Sunday night show, please advise friends and family of this.
–We are still in need of 1 parent volunteer backstage on Monday night. Please sign up ASAP if you are able to help out. All parent volunteers must meet at the studio on Saturday, May 30th at 3:00 pm for a brief meeting. Jobs will be assigned at that time. Please arrive at 5:00 pm on the day you are helping backstage.
