SUMMER FUN CAMP
WEEK #1 July 25-29, 2016 – Once Upon a Time…
WEEK #2 August 8-12, 2016 – Around the World!
Recommended for AGES 3-8 (No dance experience necessary)
Half Day Camp – 9:00 am-12:15 pm OR
Full Day Camp – 9:00 am-4:00 pm
$110 Half Day/ $215 Full Day + HST ($50 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration)
Join us for these energetic and fun camps. Activities a scheduled and created around the theme of the week and include dance classes in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, arts and crafts, games and competitions and more! This is a great camp for your little one to try dance in a fun environment where they will meet new friends and stay active.
JUNIOR SUMMER DANCE INTENSIVE
August 15-19, 2016 9:00 am-2:30 pm
Camp for ages 12 and under. Company members’ placement will be advised at directors discretion prior to registration.
This camp is mandatory for TDC company members to attend. Dancers who are not TDC company members are welcome to attend, however a minimum of 2 years dance experience is highly recommended because of the intensity of the program.
9:00 am-2:30 pm (Early Drop Off $5 per Day, Late Pick Up $5 per Day or $45 for the week )
$250 + HST ($225 if registered in another TDC Camp during the summer of 2016!)
Dance intensive for current (2015/16 season) Mini, Pre-Junior Company dancers and recreational dancers age 9-12. Â This exciting week with prepare dancers for the next dance season with classes in ballet, jazz, tap, acro, hip hop, musical theatre and more! Guest teachers will be announced soon!
SENIOR SUMMER DANCE INTENSIVE
August 22-26, 2016 9:00 am-4:00 pm
Minimum of 3+ years dance experience is required. Company members’ placement will be advised at directors discretion prior to registration.
9:00 am-4:00 pm (Early Drop Off $5 per Day, Late Pick Up $5 per Day or $45 for the week )
$325 + HST ($300 if registered in another TDC Camp!)
Dance intensive for dancers (Ages 11 and up) with classes in ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, tap, acro, hip hop, musical theatre and more! Students work with a variety of choreographers throughout the week. The TDC staff will also be observing classes and making offers for solos, duets, trios and small groups for the coming season.
Please remember it is mandatory for all company members to attend the appropriate Junior or Senior Dance Intensive.

BALLET DANCE INTENSIVE (*Confirmed*)
August 8-11, 2016
Dancers 8-10 5:00-7:30 pm $155 + HST
Dancers 11+ 5:00-9:00 pm $185 + HST
Students will continue their Classical Ballet technique, enriched by the opportunity to work on classical variations, pointe work, contemporary ballet and conditioning taught by a variety of sought-after teachers.
ACRO INTENSIVE (*Confirmed*)
August 12-14, 2016
Ages 6-9 Friday 5:00-7:30 pm
Saturday + Sunday 9:00-11:30 am $150 + HST
Ages 10+ Friday 5:00-9:00 pm
Saturday + Sunday 9:00-1:00 pm $185 + HST
An intensive focused on improving a dancer’s skills in tumbling, contortion, balance, strength and flexibility.
AUDITION WORKSHOP *NEW*
Saturday August 13 2:00-4:30 pm $50 + HST
Dancers will talk about the fundamentals of the dance industry as well as build their current dance resumes, discuss head shots, how to prepare for an audition and take part of a mock audition! This is a great opportunity for dancers looking to break into the industry. Class size will be limited to 12 dancers (recommended for dancer 9+), first come first serve basis. Must be paid in full at time of registration.
Please Note:
A $50 deposit is required for each camp at time of registration to secure a spot.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Dancers who withdraw 14 days or less prior to the first day of camp are responsible for the remainder of the camp balance. All outstanding camp balances are due on the first day of camp.
